01. Do you ship outside the city?
Yes! We can ship select items — the Voyageur Wreath, Mailbox Swag, and Holiday Centerpiece — anywhere in the continental U.S. Shipping is included in the price and these items are sent directly from our wreath company the week after Thanksgiving.
02. How do I pay?
You can pay easily through Venmo, check, or cash. Checks should be made out to BSA Troop 174, and all payments are collected before or at delivery.
03. What if I want to buy more?
We love that spirit! You can place another order anytime before the final sales date (November 9 for shipped items). Just contact us or visit the site again to add more to your cart.
04. Can I change my order after I pay?
If your order has not been delivered or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Just reach out right away and we’ll confirm what adjustments can be made.
05. How long does shipping take?
Shipped items go out the week after Thanksgiving and usually arrive within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive updates once your order is on the way.
06. Can I make a donation instead of buying a wreath?
Absolutely! Donations are always welcome and make a big difference. You can give in any amount, and 100% of it goes directly toward supporting our Scouts’ programs and activities.
07. What does the money from the sale of wreaths go towards?
All proceeds support Troop 174’s year-round scouting adventures — camping, hiking, leadership programs, and our annual ski trip to Winter Park, Colorado. Every purchase helps our Scouts grow through real experiences outdoors.
08. Is my purchase tax deductible?
Purchases are not tax deductible since you receive a wreath in return, but direct donations to BSA Troop 174 may qualify depending on your situation. Please check with your tax advisor.
09. How do I know that my order went through?
You’ll receive a confirmation email or text once your payment is processed. If you don’t see it within a day, just reach out — we’ll make sure your order is confirmed.
10. Can I pick up my order instead of you dropping it off or shipping it?
Yes! If you live nearby, we’re happy to arrange local pickup or delivery right to your door. Just select the pickup option when you order and we’ll coordinate a convenient time.
11. When will local deliveries be made?
Local deliveries take place the weekend before Thanksgiving. Your Scout will contact you to schedule a convenient drop-off time.
12. Who makes the wreaths?
All wreaths are handmade by our long-time partner, Evergreen, using fresh Northern Balsam Fir. Each wreath is crafted with care to stay fragrant and beautiful throughout the season.
13. How fresh are the wreaths?
Very! They’re made just before shipping and kept cool to preserve that classic holiday scent and color until they reach your home.
15. What happens if my wreath arrives damaged?
We want every customer to love their wreath. If something arrives damaged, please let us know right away and we’ll make it right.
16. How can I support Troop 174 beyond buying a wreath?
You can share our website, encourage friends and neighbors to order, or make a direct donation to the troop. Every bit of support helps our Scouts learn, grow, and give back.
17. Can businesses or churches place large orders?
Yes! We’re happy to coordinate bulk orders for offices, churches, or community events. Contact us directly, and we’ll help arrange delivery or shipping for larger quantities.
